RETURN POLICY

 
We certainly hope that all our items work perfectly for you!  Just in case you do get something you need to return - please refer to the following.
 
We are only able to accept returns that have been purchased from BabyLulu.com.   If you need to return something you bought elsewhere please contact the retailer where you purchased it for their instructions.
 
We will accept returns purchased from BabyLulu.com within 30 days of purchase.

Include your packing slip or a note that includes your full name and shipping address along with order number if possible.  Please include an explanation of why you are returning your purchase so we can learn more about our products. This will help us in our goal to have the best children's outfits on the market.
 
Returns must be received in the same condition we sent them in.  They must be unworn and all tags attached.
 
We strongly recommend returning items using a trackable shipping method.  We are not responsible for your return until it is delivered.  You will want to be able to track it just in case there is a problem with delivery.
 
Returns can take up to 30 days to process once we receive them.  Please note that the refund will show within 1 - 2 billing cycles on your credit card.  Shipping fees are non-refundable.
